- Server logs: our hosting provider may record IP address, browser type, requested page and time for security and fault diagnosis. Legal basis: legitimate interests. Logs are retained for no longer than 30 days.

3. The ticket builder
The contact tool on Open a Ticket runs entirely in your browser. Text you type is not transmitted to us or stored by the page; it only reaches us if you choose to email it.
4. Retention
Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors needed to run the site and email (hosting and mail providers) under written terms, or where required by law.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email us; we respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
